I am so sore. So very very sore. It hurts the worst on the back of my legs right behind my knees.

OUCH!!!
I know when I get back on the treadmill it's gonna hurt but I can't wait, I want to do it.
Life has kept me from exercising, I severely sprained my ankle in April. I finally got a brace I could wear in my sneaker and felt secure with and after 1 week, I got the damn flu and bronchitis. I can't win!!!!!
